Two hours on AI in your quality work.

What is included.

• An introduction to AI in quality work. What AI can do today and what it cannot. The difference between chatting with AI and letting it help carry out the work. With examples from real deliveries.
• How AI can be used at your company. Claims, deviations, customer documentation, the suppliers' declarations and audits: which repetitive steps can be left to AI, what stays with you, and how you can work more strategically.
• Better insight into suppliers and production. How AI finds patterns in your deviations, claims and supplier responses: recurring causes, which suppliers and items account for the faults, and what changes over time.
• We build the foundation of a solution together, and you see how it works. We prepare a copy of one of your tasks before the session. In the room we add your rules and run it again. No data leaves you.
• Control and rules. Where you approve, and how you see what AI did and why. What the AI Act and GDPR require, and the questions IT will ask.
• What it requires of you. Which systems and documents a solution needs, who at your company owns the rules, and how much time you need to set aside.

The head of quality and one or two of the people who do the work today. Someone from IT is welcome, if you like.
