How the day runs

Four sessions, one day.

We run it at your place, in your accounts, against your systems. All we need beforehand is access and a few real examples to work with.

Morning

What Claude actually does — and does not Where a language model is strong, where it is unreliable, and how to tell the difference. Short, concrete, no hype. Everyone in the room should be able to judge a proposal after this session.

Morning

Your files, your system Participants build their first one — reading a contract, comparing it to an invoice line, assembling a case file. On your data, not on a sample.

Afternoon

Where does the work get stuck? We map the cases that cross several systems and put rough numbers on what they cost in time. This is where the day pays for itself, whatever you decide to do next.

What to build first We prioritise together: what you can build yourselves, what is too integrated or too critical, and what should be left alone. You keep the list.

Who should be in the room

Four to eight people. The ones who do the work.

Whoever owns the process

Finance, quality or logistics manager — the one who knows where the time goes and can answer why something is done the way it is.

Your super-users

The people already building in Excel or Power Automate. They become productive fastest and are the ones who carry the work afterwards.

Someone from IT

Not to approve, but to know what was built and how it was connected. It saves a week later on.

What you keep

Something that runs, and a list.

What you built during the day — your code, in your accounts. It does not leave when we do.
A prioritised list of your flows: what they cost today, what they would save, and what is hard.
A proposal for what gets built first — scope, time and fixed price, if you want to go on.
Your own people can carry on. That is the whole point of them building rather than watching.

The day ends in a proposal, not a vision document. If you do not want to go further you still keep what you built and the map of where the money sits. That is deliberate: training that only adds up if you buy more is not training, it is a sales pitch.

What it costs

Fixed price, set before we start.

The price follows how many you are and which systems we work against, and it is in the quote before you book. No hours that grow, no additions afterwards.

Travel time and expenses are added outside Stockholm. We also run it remotely where that suits better — same content, slightly shorter sessions.

What happens next

Training → First flow → More flows → Operations.

The training is the first step, not the whole offer. If you go on, we build a first flow live in production, at a fixed price and measured before and after. Then you build more with us, and we take operations on what runs.

But the steps stand on their own. Many are content with the day and build for themselves for a while. That is a perfectly good outcome.
